- Booking Confirmation
Please check that all details are according to your booking. If not, please contact us immediately.
- Room
The room is at your disposal from 3 p.m. the day of arrival to 11 p.m. the day of departure.
- Rates
All rates are including taxes and free wifi.
- Payment
We accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express. We are a cashless hotel.
- Smoking
Anker Hostel is a non-smoking hotel. There will be an extra charge of NOK 2 500,- if smoked in the rooms.
- Age limit
Our age limit is 18 in our dormitories and for guests who are traveling alone without parents/guardians.
- Valid ID
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
- Maximum length of stay
Please note that we do not accept reservations over 14 nights in dorms.
- Children and extra beds
All children are welcome in our private rooms. Children from 0 to 2 years can sleep in cots free of charge. We do not have any extra beds available.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel the reservation. We accept cancellation until midnight the day before arrival. One night will be charge as penalty for late cancellation.
