Monday-Thursday:   08:30-21:00

Friday-Saturday:   08:30-22:00

Next door, the reception at Anker Hotel is open 24/7, all year. There is always someone here to help with your questions, and you do not need to worry about a late or early arrival (check out check-in/-out related questions for more info).

Check out our different options on how to get to Anker Apartment – City Center by public transport, car or by walking.

You do not need to worry about packing bed linen or towels from home. It is included in the price and will be handed out to you when you check in!

Check-in/-out related questions

You can check in from 15.00. Check out is until 11.00.

If our reception is closed you can go to Anker Hotel to check in/check out. There is always someone here to help with your questions, and you do not need to worry about a late or early arrival (check out check-in/-out related questions for more info).

This is no problem at all. Our reception at Anker Hotel is open 24 hours. If you will be arriving after Midnight, please leave us a message so that we know you will be arriving.

Nice! Then you have more time to explore Oslo or get to know our Apartments and crew. We can offer you an early check-in if the apartment is ready. If it’s not, the check-in starts at 15:00 and you can leave your luggage in our luggage room.

Yes. You can use our luggage room free of charge. The room is locked, but please note that all guests that keep their luggage in the storage room have access. We therefore recommend that you don’t leave any valuables (Computer, passport, telephone etc.)

If you booked through our web-page or directly with us, you can cancel your reservation (standard only) free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Yet, we are available for sale through many different partners. Please note that their cancellation policy may vary from this.

Bed linen and towels is included in the price and will be handed out to you when you check in.

Yes, you can send us a request. We cannot guarantee the request, but we will always try to do our best.

You can send us a request by e-mail, and we will check the possibility to book without CC.

Our age limit is 18 for guests who are traveling alone without parents/guardians.

Yes, free and superfast Wi-Fi is always included.

All our apartments have a kitchenette. If you wish to cook during your stay, pots and pans can be borrowed from the reception for a 200 NOK deposit. This must be returned to the reception on the check-out day.

Our guests can buy a delicious breakfast at Anker Hotel. Please contact the reception.

Yes, the breakfast at Anker Hotel includes hypoallergenic products. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us!

We have indoor and outdoor parking next to Anker Apartment – City Center. The cost is 340 NOK for 24 hours, or you can pay per hour. Aimo Park runs the parking, and the ticket must be purchased in their ticket machine or through their app.

Due to covid-19 the room is cleaned before arrival and after check-out. For long term stays, the room will be cleaned every seventh day. Cleaning is done between 10:00 – 15:00. Please see the reception to set up cleaning for your room.

If you are staying for less than seven days and wish to order room cleaning, this can be booked via the reception for 150 NOK.
